Scratchboard
Scratchboard is a technique of scratching away a black surface to reveal a white surface.
In other words, these drawings were made in reverse, and have a slight texture in
the white areas where the black ink was scraped away.
The following pieces are each 8” x 10” including double mat of charcoal and dove gray.
Originals are framed in borderless glass frames.
These pieces make a wonderful grouping on a wall.
